Question & Answer
What happens if my dog doesn’t get on with another dog in day care?
4 Paws Dog Day Care is very strict on only accepting socialised dogs. This is to make sure all the dogs get on and have the best stay possible! Given this it is very unlikely that your dog won’t get on with another during their stay.
What if I am late dropping off or collecting my dog?
A full day’s rate is charged on both arrival and departure days so that there is no risk of your dog losing their place if there are unavoidable delays on your return trip.
Will my dog be walked throughout the day?
4 Paws Dog Day Care have a fully enclosed paddock to allow your dog to get the exercise they need and the play time they deserve! For the less active elderly dogs we will tailor their exercise to your requests and some may prefer a more leisurely stay just enjoying a stroll around our secure paddock.
What does my dog need to bring with them?
We like to keep your dog’s routine as normal as possible during their stay so ask you to bring with them their regular food if staying for a holiday. If coming just for the day, simply drop off on your way to work and pick up on your way home.
Will you pick up or drop off my dog?
4 Paws Dog Day Care do offer a pick up and collection service, please ask us for more information. Cost is 40p per mile.
